"Giving Quality of Life."

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Gateshead)

Anything else?

I am a long term patient at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. The care and support that I have received over the years has been exceptional. The Hospital has been my continued Life Line, without their care and devotion to duty I really don't know what I would have done. My quality of life has been improved because of their continuation of excellent care. I consider myself very lucky to be looked after at such a marvellous Hospital. In this day and age of perpetual moaning I do get tired of people complaining about the NHS. We in this country should be counting our blessings for the magnificent service provided to the community by this wonderful establishment! Long live the NHS! Once again.... Thank you to the Queen Elizabeth.

It is a privilege and a pleasure to be involved in supporting and treating the good people of Gateshead. The whole Rheumatology team has blended over many years into an effective department who fervently believe that patient care can be continuously improved and it is wonderful to see this happening! - Dr Clive Kelly, Rheumatology Consultant
