i stayed on sproughton ward and was shocked at how short staffed the ward was. the staff there was were brilliant but they are under too much pressure to the point where i over heard a conversation between staff saying they were going to quit asap. i don't blame them they were working like mules! iv paid my tax and ni all my life so why isn't there staff to meet demand? patients had no choice but to be left in pain and soiled pads/bedding
