My daughter was admitted, and the lack of respect shown to me by staff and doctors was appalling. I have worked in the health service and would never have been so rude to a patients relatives especially there Mother.I had travelled for over 2 hours not knowing if my daughter was alive and on arriving was appalled that not one person explained anything to me, and chose a so called friend of my daughters to tell things too. I hope to god I never have to come to your hospital again, and advise you to train your staff including Doctors the art of respect and common courtesy. I have also rang today 8/11/2013 to see how my daughter is, and have been passed from pillar to post then told to ring back. How disgusting is this treatment and how on earth do you get away with this. Longing to see your explanation .The departments that this happened on was A/E and AEU.
