I just had to write a quick review to say how impressed I was with my treatment at Rake Lane this morning. ECG wise the ladies were pleasant and I was in, "done" and out in literally a few minutes. Also the guys at the main entrance gave fantastic directions. The main thing I want to say is to praise the lady who took my blood sample. Very pleasant but even better than that she actually took my blood easy peasy and believe me that no easy task to achieve! I usually dread blood samples as I'm poked and prodded like a pin cushion and often left with huge bruising and swelling! Thank goodness for this lady who will remain nameless here but I will be contacting the hospital direct to give praise! Come on folks lets hear it for the NHS for once! They actually do a fantastic job and have saved three very seriously I'll members in my family now. Lets focus on the positive more :-))))) very satisfied customer today. thank you x
