Once again first rate treatment and personal care. Acute Medical and then Ward 7; I received marvellous top rate care and treatment from doctors and nurses. Every member of staff ( including pharmacy, x-Ray, porters,care, meals, cleaning etc etc) smiled and provided encouragement. Personal attention, listening and explaining, was so valued when I could see the pressure on resources. On Ward 7 I also observed outstanding quality of care to elderly and demanding patients, a very different picture to that we are constantly fed by the media. Once again thank you.
