What I liked
I was admitted to Ward 13 for 4 days after attending A&E. All the nurses and doctors were particularly nice to me and ensured that I was being looked after. The ward was quite clean and I did see a cleaner on the ward every day. The staff knew my medical history and understood my condition well.
What could be improved
Whilst on the ward I suffered from some pain. I told a nurse about this and they sent for a doctor. The doctor prescribed me some painkillers but it took the nurses 3 hours to give them to me.
