I brought my 84 year old mother for a glaucoma check today. She was attended to by the glaucoma nurse. The nurse was so helpful and friendly to me and my mother. They took the time to explain to us exactly what they were doing. They had a lovely manner, a sense of humour and was happy to spend time with us, despite the fact that they were very busy. Please could you feed this back to their manager 7.11.13.
