Anything else?
When I first walked into the building, I was amazed it looked just like a Hotel. It doesn't look like a Hospital at all and that could be very reassuring for people who are frightened of going into Hospital. And it didn't let me down. Everyone was so nice and friendly and caring. All questions answered and any problems sorted straight away.
