My daughter is 3Y old, was referred by GP to children assessment unit at B'pool VIC to investigate unexplained lump under arm. After long waiting, doctors suggested to take blood, after 3 failed attempts they manged to get some blood from feet, my daughter was traumatised. We were told that we should get the result in less than 2 hours..guess what! three days later, I had to make 3-4 phone calls to find out about the result. Eventually, I was told by a nurse that the result was ok..but she was not ready to answer any questions..I rate this hospital as poor...no follow up whatsoever...Ignored my phone calls
