What I liked

I wish to record my appreciation of the treatment I received in the A&E department recently when I attended with a dislocated shoulder. From the time I arrived at 23.00 hrs to my departure at 2.00 am I could not fault the treatment I recevied.

People do on occasions forget that they are not the only people being dealt with at the time of an individuals accident.

My appreciation to all staff involved.
