"Pain clinic"

About: New Victoria Hospital (Glasgow)

(as the patient),

The pain clinic seems to change location on different days, at times being the furthest clinic from the entrance.

While suffering from chronic pain, I found it frustrating to go to different places for each visit, and have to struggle along the corridors.

Surely the pain clinic should be located on the ground floor, as close to the entrance as possible? Or at the very least be in the same place every time.

Given so many patients have long term, even life long conditions, this kind of consideration would be greatly appreciated, especially as pain can't be seen, often we don't get much consideration elsewhere.
