"Very Disappointed with the Midwife care"

I had an appointment with the midwife team recently, firstly they were running 30 minutes behind which is fine. But when i was seen, I was treated rudely even laughed at when I voiced a concern I had. This was my first appointment in 28 weeks, I will not be seen again until 36 weeks although I have had lots of problems in previous pregnancy and this one. I think its ridiculous that people train in this job but can not be bothered to do it properly.
