"Queuing for a flu jab"

About: NHS Yorkshire and The Humber

(as the patient),

I turned up at 0745 and there was a queue of about 50 mostly pensioners. Unfortunately for me I have to work Saturdays and after more pensioners turned up and pushed in, I had no chance of making it to work so I had to leave after queuing for half an hour. It was a total shambles which ended up being a free for all led by the pensioners who in my opinion can attend at any time of the day. Why not let the workers have their jabs earlier than these people?

I would give you zero star rating for this service. Also, why are you on an 0845 premium number? It's cost me fortune to be told by your staff that there's no chance of flu jab for me. I've called you 3 times a day last week to be on hold. I finally got through after six days of this. How much money do you make from this? I'm intending on complaining about this to my MP.
