"Going round in circles "

I feel I am not being listened to as a parent. My daughter is 8 and was referred to CAMHS because of her anger and behaviour issues. They wanted me to go on a parenting course but I am actually trained to deliver that course as I volunteer as a parent with the local authority. I have three children with disabilities and work with lots too.

My daughter is seen by a trainee counsellor who works one day a week. The staff member has cancelled the last two weeks which means my daughter has had no support sessions for two weeks. My daughter is very good at saying the right thing to her counsellor but her behaviour at school and home is very disruptive and confrontational. She physically and verbally abuses her siblings and friends but I was told by CAMHS when I told them that "that was yesterday and we are here to talk bout today" ( when I showed them a video of her kicking off). She craves my attention 24 7 and has 2 hour meltdowns if I cant give it to her. I keep asking for a proper assessment for ADHD or ODD as it runs in my family but it just isn't happening. They just use methods etc which to be honest I could have done on my own like counting to ten etc. Going round in circles and my daughter is struggling and so am I.
