I found my health care experience good. I phoned the doctors and spoke to the receptionist. Then the doctor phoned me back and offered me an appointment that same morning which was good.

The only thing I find wrong is that you have to repeat yourself two or three times to the receptionist, and then the doctor.

I must admit, I would prefer to see the same doctor all of the time. We never know who we are going to get.

The follow up for an appointment to see a specialist was very, very good and very quick. I found the person on the phone very helpful.

Unfortunately gone are the days when you get to know your doctor and he/she got to know you and make you feel at ease!
