What I liked

On behalf of my mum (92 years old) and myself I would like to mention to you how delighted we were with the care she received on ward 22 in your hospital. The staff including the domestic staff, were most helpful and caring and the whole atmosphere was friendly and efficient. They are to be congratulated and my mum made a good recovery from her operation because of the dedicated care, they should be proud of themselves.
