What I liked

Staff from the tea lady to the consultants are all very friendly as well as professional.

What could be improved

The new paperwork that the nursing staff have to complete stops them doing the job they were trained for, nursing care. It would be more cost effective if that duty was undertaken by a designated clerk or possibly an HCA

Completing documentation to record the details of patient care is a essential for patient safety and good communication between clinicians. The amount of paperwork is kept to a minimum with the information that is recorded kept to short and factual statements.
