What I liked

I wish to express my heartfelt thanks to all staff involved in the care of myself and baby Jason. I was so impressed by the excellent care we both received by all staff and the contribution to our care which eased my anxiety. My husband and I felt like we were valued as individuals and were kept well informed about all events during admission.

As a health professional myself, I am aware of the pressures placed on staff working in today's acute NHS services and know how all too frequently staff only get to hear negative feedback rather than the praise they rightly deserve.

I cannot sing the praises of Wansbeck maternity services highly enough and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone expecting a baby.
