What I liked

I would just like to say thank you to the doctor & the wonderful staff on ward 15. I was on the waiting list for toe surgery at North Tyneside General when I received a telephone call to transfer to Wansbeck & have my surgery 4 days later and all I can say is I am glad I did. The staff were wonderful and made me feel at ease. Even when I was discharged a was given a booklet with all the information I needed following surgery which I found extremely helpful. Thank you again I will definitely go back to Wansbeck again

Thank you for your very positive comments. The Ward 15 staff are very proud of their ward and work hard to achieve the highest standards of patient care. I am pleased you enjoyed your experience and I hope you are recovering well.
