Anything else?
my father was admitted to ward J42 for a planned surgery and at 80 yrs old was a worrying time for him and family but the staff on J42 soon put us at ease . after a long day waiting and having surgery he was picked up in recovery and he said that staff in recovery were excellent and he was greeted by ward staff with a smile and taken to the ward and again staff were brillant ,he was given a snack and drinks .The nurses showed great patience as he is very deaf and he was treated with respect and care by all . The sister always had a smile for us ,stopping to ask if everything was ok and making sure he had his call bell . although busy and obviously needing more staff they all work hard and were respectful and smiling to all patients . sister even walked him to door with his bag so i could pick him up at door . we here much negativity i feel credit should be given to a great team . well done from all the family and dad
"great staff J42"
