I brought my Dad in when he suddenly lost what little hearing he has left and had right sided numbness. He was triaged within 10 minutes by a very polite and approachable nurse in A+E and seen in by a doctor within 90 minutes who had a good look and referred him for an ENT appointment the next day. He told us what he was doing at all times and we felt involved. The Dr in the ENT appointment was wonderful. Very friendly and respectful and despite the busy clinic we did not feel rushed and he even offered my Dad the choice of further tests to be done there and then but he was already far better. The hearing returned and we had advice on what to do if we needed any further treatment. Excellent team effort all round.
