What I liked

I am writing to let you know how impressed I am at the excellent standard of care my husband received recently at Hexham General Hospital.

The doctors and nursing staff in ECC and ward 2 were very professional, competent and efficient in dealing with my husband and their friendly and caring manner did much to make my husbands visit less traumatic than it may otherwise has been.

I am so grateful for our NHS.

Thank you for writing with regard to the care afforded to your husband recently in the Emergency Care Centre and Ward 2 at Hexham General Hospital. It was very good of you to compliment the staff and your kind words have been passed on to the doctors and nursing staff involved with the care of your husband.

I do hope your husband is making a good recovery.
