I wanted to write to say how wonderful the care was that my son recieved in A&E at queens. The staff were fantastic upon arrival in the middle of the night the doctors, nurses, aneasthatist and domestic all went out their way to look after us. I feel these people do an amazing job and really do deserve some praise. The doctor even took the time to get my son a teddy bear once he was stable and this simple jesture was a huge comfort to him. The porter who took us to the ward was also really lovely and incredibly cheerful despite it being the early hours of the morning! I am fed up of reading negative press about the hospital and wanted to give praise where praise is due. Thank you queens for giving my son exceptional care.
