Anything else?
I had to go to A&E today for treatment of an infected cyst. From the minute I arrived everyone was polite and pleasant but particular praise must go to the nurse practioner and registrar who were very thorough and performed a really very uncomfortable procedure with such care, friendliness and charm that I wasn't too bothered by it at all. I have medical insurance but the treatment and care I received today was as good as anything I have received privately. Many thanks.
