I will give you an honest opinion.

The day staff were all very efficient, friendly and always on time. If they were going to be a bit later they rang, which was appreciated.

I am afraid I cannot say the same for the evening staff. Some were alright, some did not know whether they were coming or going.

I do not think much of the room off ward one, it leaves a lot to be desired, has not been thought out right.

Overall I prefer the treatment at home rather than hospital.

thank you for taking the time to let us know your thoughts on the service. I am pleased that you found the service met your needs most of the time and that we were able to support you at home. We are always looking at ways we can work with hospitals to improve services in the community, so that people can be at home rather than on a ward.

We also want to learn from peoples experiences so we can improve. I will therefore pass on your comments to my colleagues so that we can work on making the service even better.
