What I liked

Very professional multi ethnic team that worked well together. I was in for back surgery (Ward 8 ??)and the ward was well run. EG everyone who passed the toilet from junior doc senior nurse to orderly checked the bathing areas irrespective of role if it needed cleaning or tidying they did it there and then. The staff were curteous and very caring with the right mix of light humour and seriousness.

What could be improved

The high cost of parking, TV internet and TV mind it was nice to be able to read work associated e mails whilst in hospital. Dont mind paying for these services just not so much

We are pleased that you found the bedside TV and Telephone services useful during your stay, particularly the internet access, which is now included within the TV package.

A new company called Hospedia has recently taken over the previous provider (Patientline) and they have indicated that telephone costs will fall in the future. They are also keen to receive feedback from patients and public. Their website is www.hospedia.co.uk should you wish to get more information or comment on the current service.
