Anything else?
On Monday the 21st Oct 2013… I was admitted into Heartlands hospital (ward 1) to remove what was a large ovarian cyst and tube. I was so nervous I had not slept the night before. My only consolation was knowing at some point before my operation that morning I would see my consultant and her team. I sat waiting on my allocated bed and sure enough the team presented their selves one after another. The consultant with her wonderful smile and kind bedside manner put my mind at rest immediately. I was going into the unknown where anything could happen !! l felt confident that I was secure in her hands. The Anesthetist’s who were up beat attentive with questions and very good looking!! I felt l could not have been in safer hands and knew all would be well. The consultant and team are truly professional and dedicated to their profession and not forgetting the nurses, physio, cleaning staff, assistants of ward 1. They were all flawless they made me feel like they were looking after their family, nothing was too much to ask for and l felt safe and content. Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart you are all wonderful !!! You made my recovery that much easier and painless .. xx
