"We take the mental health care of our service users very seriously, especially where admission and discharge from hospital are concerned and we are sorry that you feel that the care of your family member was not to the standard that you expected and that you felt that the staff involved did not display a caring attitude. If you would like to make contact with our service relations department by calling 01785 783022 we can discuss your case in more detail and arrange for an investigation to be undertaken into your family member's care to see what lessons the organisation can learn."
