"Mam's care wasn't very good"

About: Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr / Rehabilitation

(as a relative),

The first ward mam stayed in the care was very good.

She was then moved to a different ward. Care was not very good. I had to shower her myself.

As the nurses would ask her and she told them she had showered but it was very evident that she was to weak to stand.

I hope she never goes to this hospital again.
