I was very Disappointed in the way My aunt was treated when being and out patient in the hospital but when being an inpatient it seemed much better. I feel that the staff that treat people in the outpatient department need to get better at their job and learn from their mistakes.

I am sorry that your Aunt had a poor experience in outpatients. Perhaps if you could provide some more information regarding the clinic she attended via pals@addenbrookes.nhs.uk we can address your concerns more specifically. There is a significant review ongoing regarding our Outpatient Department and indeed customer care is one of the areas we are looking at. Thank you for taking the time to comment.
