"Hip necrosis - treatment program is a disaster"

Today i had an appointment on Victoria Hospital. I have a hip necrosis and its takes now about two years. I spend 16 month at home, because i had a serious walking problem and huge pain. Fist method called hip decompression doesn't help me as they though. Three months ago my Doctor informed me that i need the hip replacement definitely. Unfortunately, he is not in Hospital anymore, instead i had three another appointments with some "doctor". Today he proposed me an operation at last. Almost i got a place on the waiting list. But... my hope for be a health did not take a long i.e about 15 min until he came back from his boss. What happens next? He send me back with no hope.... As a method to help me walking -doctor said - its seems to be a progress in your treatment but if you can't walk simply use a walking sticker or crutches! Ridiculous! First they are giving a hope then are taking away...I'd like to make a Complain... Ridiculous....during last three visit my doctor tried to prepare me for an operation and suddenly he send me away for a couples weeks. Ridiculous...
