What I liked

I found my experience seeing a consultant to be very poor. I was not offered support or advice (mine being a fertility problem). I was spoken too in an abrupt & non-caring manner and not given enough information about time scales for tests and possible outcomes. My consultant did not speak clear english and I was uncomfortable asking more than once to reapeat what she was saying. I wish I could afford to go private!!!

What could be improved

Maybe booklets / leaflets to be handed out offering advice & support networks.
