"Ophthalmology Dept"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

Anything else?

I had an appointment in April 2012. with a consultant and he said he would like to see me again in April 2013. To date I have received no appointment even after ringing his secretary once and the appointment department. I rang again today, the secretary was not there but I was advised that she would ring back this am, still not had the courtesy of a reply. Is this the usual thing?
