What I liked
In two visits to ENT on 13th september and today 10th October to X ray:
in the corridors- offered help by responsive staff to find my way
in the canteen- treated with courtsey and efficiency
at reception and waiting areas- treated quickly, questions answered
in consultation- clear commitment to involving me, addressing my issues/questions and active listening
during procedures- great communication., reassurance and explanation
