"I felt as though the staff cared about me"

About: Russells Hall Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

I had an appointment with Mr Patel. I only had to wait 10 minutes before I was seen. I was treated very well, staff thorough, relaxed and showed an interest, which helped me feel as if they cared. Though I find examinations embarrassing, I was helped to still keep a bit of dignity.

The clinic was easy to find, hospital well sign posted inside. Thank you.
