I attended a & e today due to deterioration of an eye infection I have to say the satff were fantastic very polite understanding and accommodating, waiting time was less than an hour even though it was packed when I went in. I would also like to add that if you have had negative experience why not address it there and then, healthcare staff face a difficult job juggling the horrific ammout of paperwork and red tape as well as increased patient numbers with less staff to do it please give these hard working professionals a break. A very satisfied patient
