I was referred to the Urgent Care Centre by a doctor from the Out of Hours Service (via 111). I was phoned within about 10 minutes and given an appointment at the Urgent Care Centre for half and hour's time. The Reception staff were polite and friendly. I saw a doctor after about 10 minutes, and was dealt with professionally and courteously. I have no complaints at all about any part of the process. The only thing I would point out is that this was quite early on a Sunday morning, and the unit was quiet and not under pressure, which obviously helps
