Anything else?
welcome to the place where admin 'support' and 'technician' staff make decisions about your health, future and recovery process behind consultants and registrars' backs without hesitation. I was shocked, dumbstruck by the contrast of 'professional' care in this hospital and my local infirmary. I sincerely feel for all the registrars as well as all the in and out patients. i feel lucky as i have just been offered a substantial support by a friend and am now considering going back home or opting for a private treatment. as a person with health care background and education (physical therapies) i am even more astonished by the absence of patient's involvement in decision making process about treatments. as i have run out of options re communication with the above mentioned dept., i have now decided to submit a written complaint and seek immediate second opinions.
