What I liked

I found my whole experience to be totally unacceptable. The receptionist was rude and unprefessional. The doctor was obviously overworked although nice enough.

What could be improved

I found my treatment to be totally unacceptable. On attendance I was obviously suffering from a miscarraige and was covered in blood only to be met by a receptionist reading a magazine and eating chocolate who abrubtly asked why I hadnt made an appointment and to take a seat in reception. The doctor I then saw was obviously tired and overworked and was going to send me home with painkillers and wouldnt have even considered that I was miscarrying if I hadnt pressed the issue. My partner was then asked to drive me to Darlington Hospital as Bishop couldnt deal with me. I then had to wait four days before being referred back to Bishop Hospital for a scan to determine that I had infact had a miscarraige. Thankfully I now attend the University of Durham Hospital with my third pregnancy where the staff are all wonderful.
