This is a first come first serve clinic from 8.30-11am. I arrived late a 10:50 so expected a long wait anyway. However I was told there was no appointment for me in the system. Luckily I had my appointment card with me and showed the reception team who agreed I could be seen as it was a mistake on their part. However I was then pushed to the back of the queue behind patients who arrived after me - aprox 10-15 patients who arrived after me were seen and I was left as the last patient. I am not normally one I complain this is a very busy clinic and first come first serve although it is a long wait is the most sensible way to deal with the high level of patients but I don't think it's fair I was left to be seen right at the end through no fault of my own!!
