"Shocking treament"

About: Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital

Anything else?

Having been rushed to the a&e being pregnant and in severe stomach pain I was appalled by the treament I was given. To begin with I was left waiting for over 4 hours when we asked how long it would be the receptionist informed us as we had left the building we would be at the bottom of the list Borg I my partner and the other waiting patients all argued that I hadn't moved from chair owing the huge pain I was in. She would no apologise for this error of information. I was informed that there are no notes and I was infact not pregnant even though I mentioned it to the triage nurse and have had all my scans at that hospital. Once moved into a room I was left. Eventually the doctors saw us and whilst waiting for bloods the receptionist came back in and asked why were in this room who gave permission as I am not a patient and the security would come take us out. Eventually they found the doctors who said they knew who I was. I was not even checked my ultra sound no one checked the baby. I was made to leave in acute pain told to take laxatives even though I explained I'm a recovering bulimic and couldn't take them alone by the specialists rules who I attend. I asked for a note to state that they told me take it basingstoke refused. And I said what about the baby as its not been checked and my pain was still bad and barely able to breat and I was informed to contact frimley as I had decided to leave basinsgtokes maternity unit care as they were equally appalling. I was made to leave a&e barely able to stand and told to go my other hospital. Completely out ranged by this treament!
