Anything else?
I had the misfortune of needing the services of A and E. I work in the hospital and so feel loyal to it. I am stunned by the completely cold and unfriendly 'welcome' we received. Just a simple smile, a friendly hello or a bit warmth would have gone a long way. Not much to ask surely??
