I stayed in BRI for a week in October on ward 19. Every member of staff I dealt with, including nurses, cleaners, catering, doctors and anaesthetists were extremely professional and kind. The food was reasonable and I must have watched my ward cleaned about 30 times during my stay. Efforts were made to maintain the dignity of the patients and any small patient request was dealt with efficiently. Women were accommodated separately to men, and the staff took time to explain why they were doing / asking for things. Despite the circumstances of my stay, it wasn't bad at all and I would like to stay a big thank you to all the staff.
