7 appointments I have had that have all been changed for later dates, and all I wondered was why? Its very frustrating when the consultant asks why he hasn't seen you before, when you know its neither his fault nor yours, but is surely a system failure somewhere. All I wanted to know was why this happens and if anything can be done to rectify it, as I'm sure I am not the only person who has to cope not only with chronic illness but with seemingly unnecessary changes to appointment dates
