"No communication between staff ..."

What I liked

No communication between staff ie, medical nursing or administration. Standards of hygiene very poor not all staff wash hands when attending patients. Delays in dealing with written complaints. Staff very noisy on the wards, have no respect for the elderly

To many managers not enough nurses, why dont the managers role up their sleeves and work on the shop floor, then they would see they are asking the impossible from the nurses

What could be improved

Cut down the numbers of managers.

When complaints are made and the reply says that things have been put into place to prevent these mistakes from happing again make sure that they have been put into place
