(as the patient),

Many thanks to the nurse who treated me at Dewsbury A and E, I had a massive infection in my chin and was in a great deal of pain, she checked it out and gave me 2 lots of antibiotics, the next day the pain eased and am now recovering.

What a godsend she was to me, thank you very much.
