What could be improved

I have a couple of complaints:

1. The Car Park isnt very clear about what you have to do regarding paying, i.e like telling you to take the ticket in with you and not leave it in the car.

2. The information book that is being given out is 2 YEARS out of date, therefore giving wrong information about charges for the Car park and the TV/Telephone.
