I had hand surgery done in 2012 and the care that I received from start to finish was more than excellent - the staff were caring, the appts system easy, patient care was paramount, surgery was done in the most relaxed settings, assessment and follow up was excellent - could not have been treated better and can wholly recommend.
Lovely environment, spotlessly clean, good signing for the blind, treated in single sex surgical day unit - all my needs met and yes, best hospital experience ever and hopefully the NHS of the future...loved it - no complaints at all.
