I have never had to wait too long to be seen. My last appointment in clinic 8 was for 09.30am. I was weighed, interviewed about my test results, had my blood tests done and was out of the hospital at 09.45am. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect by all members of staff from the receptionists to the consultant specialists. My observation of a small number of fellow patients, on my many visits to the hospital, leave me to believe their manners and attitude can be lacking on occasion. My general opinion is of a well run hospital that has the occasional problem, generally created by staff shortages.
