I was really impressed by my recent visit to the Dermatology Department at Leighton Hospital. I was given an appointment soon after I was referred, I was dealt with in a friendly, professional, efficient and caring way. The doctor explained carefully and fully exactly what was going to happen, I was given every opportunity to ask questions. I felt reassured and comfortable with what was to happen. Soft music in the background relaxed me and the nurses were also very kind and professional. This was a very positive experience. Well done!
